The Springfield City School District is adding new State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) high school courses for the 2025-2026 school year, in alignment with the district’s Healthcare Career Pathway.
Located outside Springfield, nonprofit organization On-The-Rise offers a farm-based program that aims to provide “underserved” youths with life skills that will help them now and in the future.
“At the fair, you can find ag teachers everywhere. We’re supporting members during weigh-ins, helping with any animal issues or illnesses, and acting as a liaison between FFA programs and fair organizers. We keep everyone in the loop on rule changes and help make things run smoothly.”
