Champion City Pops, Sweets & Treats opens it's doors in Downtown Springfield

Get a sneak peek of the rolled ice cream, boba tea and homemade popsicles that will be available at Champion City Pops, Sweets & Treats when it officially opens at 11 a.m. Friday, May 12, 2023. 

The sweet shop – owned by Tyson and Betsy Yirak – is the next step in the growth of what started in 2021 as Champion City Pops.

The storefront also sells T-shirts from their shop and ones featuring Clark County Food Fiends.
