According to the press release, all 32 truck-or-treat spaces have been filled by local businesses and community members, and the best-decorated trunk will take home a prize.

Creative Foundations will host games and activities in Legacy Park, Richwood Bank is donating a bounce house for children, and People’s Savings Bank is sponsoring the evening’s DJ.  The “Ratsville Hoodlums” and “Jeepers Beyond City Limits, Ohio” car clubs will be joining the celebration. Nearby businesses will extend their hours on Friday evening to accommodate shoppers.

The annual gathering is organized by The Monument Square District, which works to strengthen Urbana’s downtown through events, beautification projects, and support for local businesses.

Let the Ghoul Times Roll runs from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, in downtown Urbana.
